New Life Habits

Most men don't need fixing.
They need alignment.

For the man who looks fine on the outside but knows something's off inside. Four pillars. Honest work. Real change.

What New Life Habits Means

The name is the method.

"Healing the one, transforming the many."

Your life right now is built on the habits you've been repeating. The way you think. The way you respond. The way you show up. Some of them serve who you're becoming. Most don't.

New Life Habits is the conscious practice of letting the old ones go and building the ones that carry you forward. Across all four bodies. With honest work. With real support.

That's the whole method. Nothing more complicated than that.

The Philosophy

Heal. Grow. Create.

Three words. One sequence. The order matters. You can't build on a broken foundation. You can't express yourself through old programming. Do the work in this order and everything changes.

Heal
The Foundation

Address the conditioning, the wounds, the limiting beliefs. Release what no longer serves. This is where you reconnect with your emotional truth, regulate your nervous system, and come home to yourself.

Grow
The Expansion

Build capacity across every pillar. Physical strength, mental clarity, emotional intelligence, spiritual alignment. Failure becomes feedback. Discipline becomes identity. You stop shrinking and start expanding.

Create
The Expression

A life built on your terms. Meaningful relationships. Purpose-aligned work. A legacy worth leaving. This is where you live from embodied truth, not performance.

The Four Bodies

Every man lives in four bodies.

When all four are aligned, life feels clear. When one is off, everything feels off. Most coaching touches one or two. We work on all four as an integrated system.

Physical

Movement, energy, nutrition, recovery. Your breath, your nervous system, your embodiment. The vehicle for everything else.

Emotional

Feelings, expression, connection. The wounds and the patterns. What most men were never taught how to feel, let alone process.

Mental

Beliefs, self-talk, identity. The inner critic and the direction. Lead your mind instead of being led by it.

Spiritual

Purpose, presence, meaning. Connection to something bigger than the daily grind. Alignment with what actually matters.

The Mark

Three symbols. One truth.

The logo isn't decoration. It carries the philosophy of the work in three ancient marks.

The Sunrise

New beginnings. Daily renewal. The reminder that every day is an opportunity to start fresh. Emerging from darkness into light.

The Circle of Life

Everything is connected. Thoughts, actions, habits — all shape the journey. Transformation is cyclical, not linear.

The Triquetra

Unity of mind, body, spirit. An ancient symbol of wholeness and interconnection. The reminder that you are not your parts — you are the integration.

About Nathan

I've walked this road.

I didn't come to this work through theory. I came through rock bottom. Three DUIs. An arrest for GBH. A curfew, weekly police check-ins, and the real possibility of prison. My mother diagnosed with cancer. My father buckling under pressure. My friend Boss gone. And somewhere in all of it, a voice that wouldn't leave me alone.

"I am destined for greatness, not jail."

That sentence changed everything. I quit smoking through conviction alone. I left landscaping, volunteered at a gym, and rebuilt my body from 60kg to 90kg. When the sentencing finally came, the judge said, "You are lucky. If you didn't change everything in your life, you would've been behind bars. You've set a new standard."

But the physical transformation was only the beginning. My clients would come in wanting to get fit, and underneath they were stuck on something deeper — unresolved pain, limiting beliefs, disconnection from themselves. I turned inward. Studied breathwork, somatic healing, NLP, nervous system work. Realised that real change addresses the whole human — body, mind, emotion, spirit.

Now I walk alongside men and women doing the same work. I'm not teaching what I read. I'm teaching what saved my life.

Why Work With Me

What makes this different.

01Lived, not learned

I've been to the edge and rebuilt. I know the real cost of change and what it takes to stay aligned when the old pull comes back.

02Whole-human work

Most coaches touch mindset or movement. I work across all four bodies as one integrated system. Nothing left out.

03Grounded in method

Breathwork, somatic release, nervous system regulation, NLP, the 4 R's framework — Reveal, Release, Rewire, Reclaim. Not improvisation.

04Honest, not nice

I'll meet you where you are and challenge you where you need it. Comfort doesn't change men. Honesty held in safety does.
