I built this for who I was five years ago.
The avatar for New Life Habits is me, before the work.
"Loved a party. Coke up the nose. Picking up women, personal training, topless waitering. People pleasing, no depth, couldn't communicate. A follower, not a role model. A great person who didn't know who he was, didn't know his values, didn't even know what that meant. No structure, no purpose. Living week to week, so I know financial stress is the biggest stress there is. Afraid of commitment. Fear of abandonment, judgement, rejection. I had mates, but looking back we were trauma bonding, propping up each other's wounds. Underneath all of it I just didn't feel good enough, chasing approval and validation to be someone of significance."
It wasn't one moment that turned it. In 2014 I stood in front of a court and knew exactly what I didn't want, and that was jail. Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change. Something big usually has to light the fire. Then it comes down to discipline, everyone's backbone, and almost no one has any. I wanted better for my life.
So I did the slow, honest work. Years in the gym as a personal trainer. Then NLP, breathwork, somatic and mindset work. I went to psychologists. They helped me name it, but they didn't walk me through it, so I built the path I was missing. Today I'm a qualified human development coach and breathwork facilitator. I bring the credentials to the room and the lived experience of having done the work myself.
And I'm not done. I'm still growing, still doing the work, adding more every day I'm alive. The work doesn't stop. Not for me, not for you. I'm here to serve, and to help you find the version of yourself you've been looking for.
